Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of heavy civil construction, estimating, or pursuit management experience.
• Experience leading complex proposals for public/private infrastructure.
• Knowledge of design-build, CM/GC, or progressive design-build delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead go/no-go evaluations and opportunity qualification.
• Coordinate pursuit strategies, proposals, and client engagement activities.
• Oversee preconstruction design, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Mentor pursuit coordinators and align teams across functions.
• Support pricing, procurement, and market analysis.
