Amplity Health is seeking a Precision Medicine Liaison to lead the development and optimization of precision medicine initiatives across complex, multi-site health systems. You will align workflows, engage stakeholders, and optimize diagnostic ecosystems to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires enterprise-level thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence policy and organizational strategy while mentoring other PMLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required.
• An advanced degree in life sciences is considered a plus.
• Experience in diagnostics (IVD or laboratory industry) is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Architect enterprise-level testing strategies across multi-site health systems.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among clinical, laboratory, IT, and finance teams.
• Develop KPI frameworks linking diagnostics to patient outcomes and value-based care.
• Mentor and coach other PMLs; contribute to playbooks and capability building.
• Represent Amplity in executive and advisory forums and influence policy/strategy.
