Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in pharma/diagnostics with oncology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and sponsors across multi-site systems.
• Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-level testing strategies for multi-site health systems.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among clinical, IT, finance, and lab teams.
• Define KPIs for testing performance and tie to patient outcomes.
• Design end-to-end diagnostic ecosystems and integrate with EMR and care pathways.
• Mentor and develop PMLs and contribute to policy and playbooks.
