Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for multifamily accounts. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, guiding budgets, bids, targeting and testing to drive performance for large portfolios.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, report insights on client calls, and push account growth through retention and upsell, with a strong emphasis on clear communication with US clients. Remote setup available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Implement trusted conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
