Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily who owns paid media for a book of multifamily clients—managing targeting, budgets, roadmaps and client storytelling on calls.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and build 90-day plans that demonstrate clear value to property owners and managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
