Job summary

Ascendum Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You will serve as the accountable leader for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

You will partner with executives and client teams to define strategy, establish priorities, and develop roadmaps aligned with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading complex enterprise technology projects.
• Experience delivering Power Platform initiatives (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, PowerBI).
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million-dollar budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and modern collaboration tools.
• PMI/PMO certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master).
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource allocation, risk management, and overall delivery success across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and client teams to define project strategy, establish priorities, and develop roadmaps that support long-term business objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project governance activities to ensure business needs are effectively translated into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams, providing executive-level communication, project status reporting, and escalation management.
• Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, budgets, risk registers, dependency tracking, and mitigation strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes, governance frameworks, and PMO standards to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
• Mentor project managers, business analysts, and project coordinators while promoting best practices in project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and leadership teams on project estimations, statement of work development, resource planning, and client growth opportunities.
• Lead project financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, client invoicing oversight, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex enterprise technology projects. Experience should include leading the delivery of enterprise Power Platform initiatives: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, PowerBI…etc.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and modern collaboration technologies.
• Experience delivering consulting or professional services engagements in client-facing environments.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related project management certification preferred.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
