Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises and evaluates departmental staff.
• Prepares and updates financial procedures for position control process.
• Monitors changes in personnel account codes in payroll system.
• Analyzes and prepares regular salary and benefit expenditure reports.
• Assists in planning and development of the fiscal year budget.
• Coordinates annual budget document and personnel allotment sheets.
• Reviews payroll information flow between payroll system and general ledger.
• Performs other duties as assigned by administrator.
