• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Six years of progressively professional level accounting experience.
• Public-sector operating and capital budgets; government procurement and contract administration; grant development and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff to include prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring staff are trained; ensuring staff follow policies and procedures.
• Manages and coordinates fiscal matters for assigned department.
• Prepares, interprets, analyzes, reviews, and submits a variety of complex reports, reconciliations, work papers, communications, schedules, tables, and/or statements to internal departments, financial institutions, and external agencies.
• Plans, develops, coordinates, and administers departmental operating, capital, and/or grant budgets; prepares revenue histories and projections.
• Analyzes and provides financial data and special reports.
• Reviews documents, procedures and/or processes and recommends improvements.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, rules and regulations.
