Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiative Execution: Lead execution of strategic initiatives to unlock growth across the portfolio.
• Innovation Performance Excellence: Analyze historical performance and translate learnings into scalable practices.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) & Investment Optimization: Improve GTM execution, distribution playbooks, and promo ROI.
• Challenger Brand & Portfolio Role Definition: Define roles of brands within the portfolio and resource prioritization.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead agile teams to develop and scale projects from concept to execution.
• Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Support senior leadership on briefs, business cases, and competitive trends.
