Mars Incorporated in Chicago, IL seeks an Industrial Engineer to support Garage and Co-Manufacturing supply strategy, drive cost agendas and portfolio growth. The role requires collaboration with R&D, Finance, and Plant Leadership, and involves managing CapEx projects and multi-year planning.

The position is hybrid with approximately 50% in-office work and frequent interaction across sites to drive continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance) required.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Strategy, Operations, or Capacity Planning in a fast-paced CPG/Multi-site environment.
• Experience developing business cases and financial justifications for CapEx projects.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across R&D, Finance, Brand Marketing, Plant Leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary Supply Lead for designated initiatives, designing network solutions for manufacturing integration.
• Secure cross-functional alignment within Quest stage-gate for product launches and market activities.
• Develop and gain alignment for MPARs and CPP feasibility and scoping with Project Managers.
• Contribute to long-term site Master Planning aligning capacity with multi-year brand strategies.
• Lead 5-year capacity modeling and network utilization to ensure product supply.
