Job summary

UC Health in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Portfolio Project Manager to oversee a focused portfolio across clinical and non-clinical domains. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned domains, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with leaders across the system.

You will facilitate stakeholder engagement, track progress toward KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of work products while advancing the UC Health Performance Improvement approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• LEAN/Six Sigma experience or training desirable.
• Ability to create project artifacts: Gantt charts, SBARs, flow charts, and project charters.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead group discussions, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate with UC Health leadership and steering committees; prepare boards and meeting materials.
• Act as the primary contact for all projects in assigned domains.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to align project work with corporate goals.
• Monitor KPIs and track progress; escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Support data analysis and use templates to inform domain needs.
