Job summary

UC Health is seeking a Project Manager at UC Medical Center to drive quality and service improvements within the PMO. You will develop implementation plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress across clinical and non-clinical domains in Greater Cincinnati.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication, using tools like Tableau. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' PM experience are required, with PMP or Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related project management position.
• Certified Healthcare Professional, PMP Certification, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing implementation plans for assigned moderate to highly complex improvement projects.
• Delegation and monitoring of progress of tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Use of Tableau dashboards to monitor progress and performance metrics.
• Assist the organization with enhancing accountability.
• Monitor assigned projects to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain communication with project teams, leaders and stakeholders on status, progress and challenges.
• Role will be assigned across clinical/non-clinical domains and support projects across operating plans.

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Master's degree preferred

PMP Certification
