Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, business operations, product strategy, or consulting in high-growth tech environments.
• SaaS or consumer technology experience strongly preferred; fintech or B2C product experience a plus.
• Prior experience in pricing strategy, business model design, or GTM planning is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the annual product lineup and business model strategy for TurboTax, establishing the framework that guides pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions across the Consumer Group.
• Own end-to-end pricing strategy — setting direction, managing in-season execution, and building a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve how we price our products.
• Lead SKU and entitlements strategy, serving as the authoritative source of truth on product structure and ensuring alignment across Product, Finance, and operational teams ahead of each season.
• Partner deeply with senior leaders across Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to shape strategy, influence decisions, and drive outcomes — operating effectively without direct authority.
• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and recommendations that move the business forward.
