Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal focused on growth strategy within its Corporate Strategy and Development team. You will lead teams to identify opportunities, conduct rigorous research, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board levels while mentoring others.

The role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across Consumer and SMB businesses in a hybrid Mountain View setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total work experience with a top-tier strategy firm or a leading company’s strategy function.
• MBA preferred; strong leadership in cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Structure projects and develop work plans for high-priority strategic efforts, with a growth focus.
• Provide thought leadership and set the intellectual agenda for the team.
• Lead inclusive problem solving and guide teams to crack complex cases.
• Manage data-driven research and cross-BU analyses supporting growth strategies.
• Author and deliver executive-level presentations grounded in data and insights.
• Develop relationships with mid-level and senior BU leaders and stay aligned with strategic plans.
• Mentor junior team members to grow their craft skills.
