Apple, Inc. in Sunnyvale is seeking a proactive Program Manager and Analyst to join the AppleCare Project Portfolio Management team. You will guide capital planning cycles, coordinate idea intake, and drive governance across IT planning and reporting.

You’ll partner with product owners on testing for Stratosphere, manage audits, and implement improvements to drive efficiency. This role emphasizes consistency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of project/program management experience in technology or business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning cadences and multi-stage approvals.
• Governance, audits, or continuous improvement program experience.
• Tracking contractor POs and spend against allocations.
• Data analysis and tooling for portfolio governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integrated Technology Planning (ITP) program management and governance.
• Facilitate weekly planning meetings, manage intake and evaluation of ideas.
• Coordinate cost-savings, contractor PO tracking, and vendor spend.
• Support platform validation and testing for Stratosphere governance features.
