Job summary

Apple is seeking a proactive Program Manager and Analyst to join the AppleCare Project Portfolio Management team in Austin. You will guide capital planning cycles, manage governance programs, and partner with product owners on testing for Stratosphere.

You will drive intake, review submissions, and coordinate weekly planning forums while ensuring compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement across IT planning and reporting domains.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project/program management or PMO operations experience.
• Lead cross-functional planning cadences and shepherd proposals through multi-stage approvals.
• Establish or manage governance processes, audits, or continuous improvement programs.
• Track and reconcile contractor purchase orders and spend against allocations.
• Proficient in data analysis and testing/validation of portfolio tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with global collaboration.
• High data integrity and ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project idea intake, evaluate submittals, and facilitate weekly planning forums.
• Lead ITP track meetings, drive agenda topics, capture decisions, and assign follow-ups.
• Support testing for Stratosphere enhancements and ITP workflow updates.
• Track contractor POs, headcount, and vendor spend; monitor governance metrics.
• Oversee cost savings initiatives, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
• Coordinate the annual Enfold compliance audit and post-project lessons learned.
