Job summary

You will own weekly status updates, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to keep programs on track

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product or project management in technology or product-driven environments.
• 5+ years experience with Jira or Wrike for tracking and reporting.
• 5+ years experience owning executive-facing status reports and portfolio-level dashboards.
• BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly status reports for multiple projects and consolidated portfolio updates.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules across concurrent projects.
• Align plans with product management to translate priorities into executable delivery plans.
• Identify and track risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, operations and other partners to resolve blockers.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through structured communication and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with Engineering Program Manager to reflect technical workstreams in status reports and plans.
• Support standard program management activities including meetings, retrospectives, and process documentation.
