• Oversee annual planning, intake criteria, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with initiative leads to synthesize progress and risk.
• Deliver polished executive presentations and status updates.
• Ensure health metrics and timely follow-through on actions.
