Zusammenfassung

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs across our services. You will align client objectives with delivery, driving high-quality outcomes and profitability.

The role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on management of budgets, schedules, risks, and client communications to ensure sustained account success and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences.
• 5–8 years in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting environment.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting proposals, scoping, or pricing discussions preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, 21 CFR 820.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day program execution.
• Translate technical information across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain portfolio tracking tools and risk logs.
• Coordinate with laboratory and consulting teams to progress work.
• Monitor scope, schedule, risk, and quality across portfolio.
• Manage project documentation including protocols, change orders, and deliverables.
• Support client visits, audits, and operational reviews.
