Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in San Jose, CA is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs. You will coordinate with Business Development and Operations to translate client objectives into executable programs, driving performance and revenue growth.

Applicants should have 5–8 years in related fields, strong project management skills, and experience with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences).
• 5–8 years of experience in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting.
• Experience managing projects/programs across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and margins.
• ISO 13485/14971/10993 and 21 CFR 820 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account support and opportunity identification across testing and consulting capabilities.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects and programs.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day program execution.
• Track portfolio metrics, risks, and financial performance; ensure delivery quality.
