Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs. You will connect Business Development with Operations, ensuring client objectives are translated into high-quality, financially sound programs.

You will manage day-to-day portfolio performance, support account growth, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results. The role emphasizes risk management, client satisfaction, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences).
• 5–8 years of experience in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting environment.
• Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to client-facing roles, account coordination, or portfolio management.
• Strong project management skills across planning, execution, and tracking.
• Familiarity with structured methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and margin fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Support: develop and execute account plans; build relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects and programs.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day program execution.
• Translate technical information across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain portfolio tracking tools, timelines, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with lab and consulting teams to meet scope and timelines.
• Delivery governance: monitor scope, schedule, risk, and quality; ensure contractual compliance.
