Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs. You will bridge Business Development and Operations, translating client objectives into executable programs with strong financial oversight.

You will drive delivery through cross-functional teams, manage risks, and contribute to both client success and business growth. Strong execution and strategic acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field).
• 5–8 years of experience in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting environment.
• Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to client-facing roles, account coordination, or portfolio management is preferred.
• Strong project management skills across planning, execution, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Support: develop and execute account plans with senior CPMs and Business Development.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects and programs.
• Translate technical information across cross-functional teams and maintain portfolio tracking tools.
• Coordinate with lab and consulting teams to meet scope and timelines.
• Manage client meetings, provide status updates, and support audits and reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and quality, ensuring compliance with contracts.
