Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee medical device testing programs across Eurofins Medical Device Services. You will align client objectives with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value programs on time and on budget.

You will lead planning, risk management, and communication with clients, labs, and consultants, driving growth and ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences.
• 5–8 years of experience in medical device, laboratory services, or consulting environment.
• Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to client-facing roles, account coordination, or portfolio management.
• Strong project management skills across planning, execution, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects and programs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day program execution.
• Translate technical and operational information across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain portfolio tracking tools, timelines, risk logs, and action registers.
• Coordinate with laboratory and consulting teams to ensure work progresses according to scope and timelines.
