Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of medical device testing and consulting programs. You will link Business Development with Operations, translating client objectives into high-quality, timely results.

You will own day-to-day portfolio performance, oversee budgets and risk, and coordinate across teams to deliver consistent outcomes while supporting proposals and pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
• 5–8 years in medical device, lab services, or consulting.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and 21 CFR 820.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic account plans.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for delivery.
• Manage portfolio risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare financial forecasts and backlog reporting.
• Support proposals, scoping, and pricing discussions.
