Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in portfolio or project management and related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and governance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Provide oversight of approved strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Identify resource capacity and allocation across initiatives and manage conflicts.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio analytics for leadership.
• Monitor benefits realization and facilitate transition of initiatives to operations.
