Zusammenfassung

MassMutual Operations seeks a seasoned Project Portfolio Management Consultant to drive governance and demand forecasting across the Strategy & Transformation organization. You will work with senior leaders to align resources with priorities and craft executive-ready materials for decision-making.

Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Governance and Reporting, this hybrid role is based at our Springfield, MA headquarters and emphasizes business-focused governance over technical delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years’ experience in Project or Portfolio governance/PMO in lieu of degree.
• 5 years’ experience in Project or Portfolio governance/PMO.
• 5 years’ experience identifying key stakeholders, documenting current-state workflows, creating visual process maps, optimizing opportunities, and leading implementation/maintenance.
• 5 years’ experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas and macros in Excel.
• 3 years’ experience with Clarity PPM (Demand & Capacity, Financials, Portfolio Reporting)

Aufgaben

• Establish governance frameworks to promote strategic prioritization and resource transparency.
• Collaborate with the Reporting team to track Clarity PPM usage and adoption.
• Facilitate forecasting and resource planning sessions with project/resource managers.
• Share demand and capacity trends with senior leadership and translate data into portfolio-level recommendations.
• Partner with the PMO Governance Lead to uphold data accuracy and governance protocols.
• Develop and distribute dashboards and reports showing actual and projected resource utilization.
• Lead standardized demand and capacity processes including resource fulfillment meetings and conflict resolution.
