Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Portfolio Manager to support a global modernization effort. This onsite role is located at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA, and requires TS/SCI clearance.

The position emphasizes managing a portfolio of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining rigorous project controls throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and status reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI.
• Experience managing complex product development dependencies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience crafting presentations for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project direction through design, implementation, and testing.
