Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution for SOF/PR C-130 modernization and sustainment efforts in support of AFLCMC/WIU Fixed Wing Branch. Location is Wright Patterson AFB, OH, with travel up to 15% and onsite work.

Requires DoD acquisition expertise, top-tier program management skills, and a strong track record in IMS/PM tools. The role emphasizes development of schedules, risk management, and collaboration with government and contractors to ensure milestone

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Security clearance: Secret.
• Master’s/Doctorate with 10 years DoD experience, or Bachelor’s with 12 years in DoD, or 15 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD and Air Force acquisition management principles to support systems, lifecycle activities.
• Manage resources and personnel to meet program objectives and improve task execution.
• Develop integrated risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
• Review contractor production changes; draft recommendations for Government consideration.
• Evaluate ECPs/CCPs; support CCB processes and scheduling.
• Perform analytical assessments of program issues and risks.
• Support IMP/IMS development and Schedule Risk Assessments using Monte Carlo tools.
• Analyze schedules for feasibility and alignment with objectives; reconcile data across stakeholders.
• Contribute to milestone documentation and staff summary packages.
• Participate in IPTs and PIWGs; assist in transformation efforts.
• Translate requirements into acquisition documents (PWS, CDRLs, etc.).
• Utilize MS Project, CCaRS, SMART, and portals to produce reports and materials.
• Plan and execute program meetings, off-sites, and events with agendas and minutes.
• Assist in CPAR inputs for weapon system contracts.
• Apply DoD/USAF/USSOCOM processes and directives.
