Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic opportunities, including digital health and venture investments. The role requires regular collaboration with management and cross-functional teams, with some remote work and travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Business Development, M&A, and Strategy within healthcare, plus an MBA.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
- MBA strongly preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets and identify targets for inorganic growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects through due diligence, business case development, approvals and execution.
- Prepare pitch documents for management to support inorganic targets.
- Manage corporate portfolio analysis and recommendations for new business areas and evaluations.
- Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
- Represent Fresenius Kabi to external interfaces including consultants, brokers and investment banks.
