Job summary

CORE-CSI is seeking a hybrid role that combines internal product direction for Core-Strategy and client-facing strategy consulting. The candidate will translate strategy into platform features and lead client engagements, with opportunities to author thought leadership and support business development.

The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and the ability to work across government, nonprofit, and commercial environments. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or project/portfolio management.
• Ability to translate methodology into product requirements and platform features.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction for Core-Strategy's platform and translate strategy into feature design.
• Lead strategy development, execution, and evaluation for clients across gov., nonprofits, and commercial sectors.
• Develop training, give software demonstrations, and support client engagements.
