Coretek is seeking a commercially minded Managed Services Solutions & Portfolio Architect to bridge presales, offering development, and delivery readiness, partnering with Account Executives, clients, delivery leaders, Finance, and technology partners to shape complex opportunities.

The role combines hands-on technical credibility with consultative selling and product-management discipline, moving from executive discovery and strategic deal design to detailed scopes, cost models, service briefs,

Qualifications

7+ years in managed services, IT consulting, or related client-facing technology roles.
Experience designing, productizing, positioning, and selling managed services across multiple clients.
Experience creating presales and offering documentation, like service briefs and SOWs.

Responsibilities

Co-sell with Account Executives from qualification through delivery.
Lead discovery with engineers and executives to define outcomes and budget.
Define end-to-end managed services scope, SLAs, operating model, and governance.
Present architecture, value, risks, and differentiators to stakeholders.
Support RFP/RFI responses and proofs of concept for strategic opportunities.
Develop service briefs, playbooks, and delivery criteria for offerings.
Establish pricing models, cost structures, and packaging standards.
