Job summary

Vistra, headquartered in Irving, Texas, seeks an experienced product leader to own the end-to-end development of new retail energy offerings. You will blend analytics, market insights, and cross-functional execution to bring ideas from concept to market launch.

You will leverage experience with energy products, financial modeling, and stakeholder collaboration to drive program designs that meet financial targets and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail-focused product development, offer/channel strategy, marketing or related function.
• 3+ years with financial modeling or customer margin analysis.
• Experience with energy or alternative energy products (solar, battery, EVs, VPPs, Demand Response).

Responsibilities

• Assess commercial viability of potential offerings and design financial metrics (margin, sales, ROI).
• Translate complex energy ideas into simple, customer-facing offerings.
• Generate concepts through ideation and opportunistic thinking.
• Analyze audience insights, opportunities, and propose products/programs/partnerships.
• Lead development and market launch of new products with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support product optimization and go-to-market strategies to hit sales goals.
• Cultivate and manage external partner relationships and negotiate contracts.
