Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a highly strategic Internal Communications Lead to support Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Legal. The role reports to the HR Senior Director of Corporate Functions and partners with EC leaders to craft strategies that engage and align the global employee base with core business priorities.

The candidate will serve as counsel to functional leadership, leveraging multiple channels to drive clear business direction and consistent values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate/internal communications with senior executives.
• 3+ years delivering change-management communications for global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal comms strategy for four corporate functions to engage employees.
• Counsel senior leaders; drive executive visibility across platforms.
• Develop and manage editorial calendars and content for leadership topics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business priorities.
• Create benchmarks and measure effectiveness of comms programs.
• Report to HR Senior Director, Corporate Functions, as part of the wider team.
