Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a highly strategic Internal Communications Lead to support four Corporate Functions: Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Legal. Reporting to the HR Senior Director of Corporate Functions, you will develop and execute communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire the global employee base and reinforce our core values.

This is a fully in‑office role, Monday through Friday, at Whirlpool's Global Headquarters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate or internal communications, with experience supporting senior-level executives.
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing change management communication plans for large, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications for Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Legal.
• Develop and implement communications strategies across platforms to inform, engage and inspire employees.
• Advise management on confidential projects and strategic topics.
• Develop editorial calendars and prepare content for initiatives and leadership meetings.
• Measure effectiveness of communications initiatives with benchmark data.
