Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years in corporate compensation, total rewards, or consulting.
• 5+ years designing and managing executive compensation and equity.
• Experience preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.
• Experience with multi-regional compensation architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation strategy, design, and operations for broad-based and executive programs.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on executive disclosures and proxy materials.
• Maintain global job architecture, titling, and role evaluations across families.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, merit cycles, and equity distributions.
• Lead compensation strategy for M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
