Fluence in Houston seeks a Senior Portfolio Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of its largest projects in the Americas. You will partner with project managers to track revenues, costs, margins, and Estimates at Completion, ensuring strict adherence to contract terms and internal controls.

The role requires 8-10 years of experience in project finance for energy/infra projects, expertise in POC revenue recognition, and proficiency with SAP, Unifier or Primavera. MBA/CPA a plus.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of financially managing large projects, preferably in energy/infra, including EPC terms.
• Advanced understanding of project accounting methods, including POC revenue recognition.
• Advanced understanding of commercial contract terms and conditions.
• Experience negotiating with customers and suppliers.
• Experience with SAP, Unifier or Primavera, and MS Office.

• Be financially responsible for a portfolio of the largest and most complex projects within the Americas region.
• Provide timely transparency around project performance against budget and maintain monthly Estimates at Completion for Revenue, Cost, and Margin.
• Ensure adherence to accounting guidelines, including revenue recognition conclusions.
• Highlight risks associated with commercial terms and identify mitigation options.
• Review, verify and process project-related transactions and manage supplier claims.
• Mentor junior Portfolio Finance Managers and drive improvements in onboarding and execution processes.
