Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Finance Professional to support Portfolio Finance across Americas projects. You will work with ERP setup, budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and documentation to drive financial accuracy on large projects.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a financial role for large projects.
BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Ability to work US-based hours.
Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel.
Knowledge of project accounting methods.

Responsibilities

Provide transactional SAP support including project setup and resource assignments.
Maintain project budgets, sales orders and milestone billings.
Assist in purchase order process and vendor coordination.
Support shipping processes with invoices and proofs of delivery.
Gather information for claims, change orders and liquidated damages.
Provide ad-hoc reconciliations, reporting and analysis.
Assist in tax assessment and inventory reconciliation.
