Platinum Global Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business and Architecture Analyst to join our client on the Hudson Tunnel Project in a full-time role. You will provide technology portfolio management, business analysis, enterprise architecture analysis, governance, and data governance.

This position maintains the application portfolio, documents processes and integrations, coordinates technology intake, and produces decision-ready reporting for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise architecture analysis.
• Two or more years maintaining an application portfolio, CMDB, or tech inventory.
• Experience creating process maps with BPMN and data-flow diagrams with Visio/Lucidchart/draw.io.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and developing business cases.
• Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, data classification, and integrations.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain the application register with owner, purpose, users, cost, renewal date, data classification, integrations, and SSO.
• Reconcile the register with procurement, finance (Sage Intacct), and asset records (NinjaOne).
• Document current-state business processes, data flows, and integration maps.
• Run the technology intake process for new software and change requests, including business case collection and IT Steering Committee routing.
• Lead requirements workshops and prepare requirements, user stories, business cases, and options analyses.
• Perform gap analyses and maintain the business capability map.
• Maintain the AI use‑case inventory for the AI Governance Working Group.
• Track license renewals 90 days in advance and flag upcoming renewals.
• Support data governance by recording data owner and data classification for each system.
• Produce technology portfolio reports and dashboards for leadership.
