Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise architecture analysis.
• 2+ years maintaining an application portfolio, CMDB, or technology inventory.
• Experience creating BPMN process maps and data-flow diagrams with Visio/Lucidchart/draw.io.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and business cases.
• Familiarity with SaaS, integrations, APIs, and data classification.
• Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills with structured data.
• Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application register with owner, purpose, users, cost, renewal date, data classification, integrations, and SSO status.
• Reconcile the application register with procurement, finance, and asset records.
• Document current-state business processes, data flows, and integration maps.
• Lead technology intake, collect business cases, and route requests for review.
