Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks a seasoned Business and Architecture Analyst to support the Hudson Tunnel Project. You will manage technology portfolios, document processes, and lead requirements workstreams in a cloud-first environment.

The role includes governance, data classification, and reporting for leadership, with a starting salary around $140k. This is a permanent, full-time position on a major US infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise architecture analysis.
• 2+ years maintaining an application portfolio, CMDB, or tech inventory.
• Experience creating BPMN process maps and data-flow diagrams.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and business cases.
• Understanding SaaS, integrations, APIs, and data classification.
• Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills with structured data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application register with owners, cost, renewal dates and SSO.
• Reconcile the app register with procurement, Sage Intacct, and NinjaOne assets.
• Document current-state processes, data flows, and integrations.
• Lead tech intake, collect business cases, and route requests for review.
• Lead requirements workshops and prepare user stories and business cases.
• Perform gap analyses and maintain the business capability map.
• Maintain AI use-case inventory for the AI Governance group.
• Track license renewals 90 days in advance and flag renewals.
• Support data governance by recording data owner and classification.
• Produce technology portfolio reports and dashboards for leadership.
