Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to actively analyze, manage, and provide strategic expertise across portfolios of complex initiatives, strengthening delivery readiness and reducing downstream rework.

You will synthesize capacity, demand, readiness, and financial data to support prioritization, governance, and investment decisions, lead process improvements, and train others in portfolio tools and methodologies. This role supports a Hybrid-Flex work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics and indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Translate portfolio data into clear observations and implications for leadership action.
• Analyze project financials and identify budget and delivery risks for proactive decisions.
• Monitor projects to ensure realized business value and manage portfolio risks and dependencies.
• Support portfolio reviews, governance forums, and leadership updates.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations on portfolio health.
• Communicate issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide backup support for Portfolio Leaders during absences or peak demand.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance enterprise efficiencies.
• Serve as SME for portfolio tools and methodologies; maximize tool use for planning.
• Train and coach others.
