Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required where applicable.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team and partner with operating divisions on budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and communicate annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Integrate metrics, analytics and informatics into financial management goals.
• Explain long- and short-term financial implications of initiatives to senior management.
• Align operating expense targets with market pricing and affordability.
• Collaborate with finance units to support strategic goals and performance monitoring.
• Advise divisional leadership on financial matters and drive data-driven decisions.
• Support staffing and performance modeling within business cases.
