Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento (Hybrid) seeks an EPMO Sr Portfolio Analyst to serve as the ServiceNow SPM expert, supporting enterprise portfolio planning and delivery.

You will lead dashboard reporting, data integration, and KPI governance, driving visibility for project professionals and leadership. Exempt role with strong emphasis on governance, analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years combined experience in project portfolio management, analytics, and dashboard reporting.
• Experience designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize the ServiceNow SPM module for portfolio planning and delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, views, and reports to support governance and visibility.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and governance compliance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with EPMO leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements.
• Provide user training and support to increase adoption and capability maturity.
