Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an EPMO Senior Portfolio Analyst to administer the ServiceNow SPM module, governance, and analytics across enterprise portfolios. You will lead dashboard development, data integration, and executive reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of related experience.
• 4+ years combined experience in project portfolio management, analytics, and dashboard reporting.
• 5+ years experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as EPMO system administrator and SME for the ServiceNow SPM module.
• Design, extend, and test SPM dashboards and reports for real‑time portfolio visibility.
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance across portfolio data.
• Train EPMO staff on SPM tools, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
• Support continuous improvement of analytics capabilities and executive reporting cadence.
