Reporting to EPMO leadership, you will drive governance, manage risks, mentor peers, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing enterprise maturity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in project analysis, coordination, and management.
• 4+ years of experience directly managing projects.
• Experience managing moderate complexity projects end-to-end, preferably in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise projects involving executives, business owners, technical teams, and multiple business units.
• Ensure delivery of business outcomes, governance adherence, and change management.
• Mentor peers and drive process improvements within the EPMO.
