Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Planning and Execution Project Manager to lead complex initiatives in the Operations Planning and Execution area. This exempt role reports to the Sr Manager - Portfolio Planning and Execution and is based in a hybrid Sacramento, CA location.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related field and 5+ years of project analysis/management experience, preferably in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, or related area is required.
• 5+ years combined experience in project analysis, coordination and management, preferably in a financial institution.

Responsabilités

• Manages initiatives with moderate to high scope and complexity, leading project teams and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
• Develops and presents project communications to influence stakeholders and align with strategic goals.
• Leads organizational change management and tracks measurable business value and outcomes.
• Partners with leaders to identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across projects.
