Qualifications

• Requires twelve (12) or more years of experience in project/program/portfolio financial management or strategic financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio, program, and project governance in complex environments.
• Ability to lead engagements, design proposals, and draft project plans with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio governance cadence, intake, prioritization, and review forums across EST.
• Embed standardized portfolio management practices with department leads and managers.
• Design and execute stakeholder change management for portfolio rollouts and adoption measurement.
• Advise EST leadership on governance maturity, risk, and course corrections.
