Job summary

STI Polymer is seeking an Account Manager in Apex, NC to grow market share and drive revenue. You will build key customer relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and stay informed on market conditions.

You will collaborate with Leadership and Marketing to expand the customer base, maximize revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in PSA or adhesives is a plus, with a science background preferred.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in B2B outside sales to manufacturers.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or a scientific major preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close sales in target markets.
