Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Senior Management Analyst in Colorado to provide policy, program, and business analysis support to the Army OEI. The role combines energy policy research with organizational analysis to improve processes and enable leadership to make informed decisions.

Qualifications include experience with DoW policy, executive correspondence, and proficiency in ETMS2 and Smartsheet. Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and conducting impact assessments of DoW policy and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing, coordinating, and editing DoW–level executive correspondence and briefing materials.
• Proficiency using ETMS2 to initiate, staff, track, coordinate, revise, and close taskings.
• Experience conducting organizational assessments and business process analyses to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Experience developing performance measures, metrics, and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assess federal legislation, executive orders, and DoW requirements affecting program execution.
• Evaluate governance, processes, and business operations to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Translate complex information into actionable recommendations, executive products, and management reports.
