Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, develop, and recommend policies and procedures for Property Management programs.
• Review policies to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor laws affecting Property Management and propose updates.
• Conduct policy evaluations to assess compliance and performance.
• Analyze data trends to support recommendations and executive decisions.
• Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and evaluation frameworks.
• Prepare memos, briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional policy implementation and organizational improvements.
• Coordinate with units and partners to ensure policy consistency.
• Provide policy guidance to management and staff.
• Identify recurring issues and develop corrective-action or training.
• Assess staff training needs and develop curricula and materials.
• Coordinate and facilitate training on new policies and systems.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.
• Support special policy and strategic initiatives as assigned.
